Join our roster of service and experience designers - UAE focus.

We are opening our collaborator roster for service and experience designers at ATÖLYE 360.

This is a call to join our freelancer pool, not an active hire. We build this roster so that when the right project lands, we can move quickly with people we trust. If your work fits, we will be in touch when a brief comes through.

ATÖLYE is a strategic design and innovation studio.

We work with leaders across the Middle East and Europe who are shaping long-term futures in conditions of complexity and rapid change.

Our work encompasses strategy, design, architecture and technology, delivered through three interconnected practices - Academy, Space and 360 - held together by a Creative Hub in Dubai's Emirates Towers.

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for service and experience designers with a proven, demonstrable skillset in service design - journey mapping, service blueprints, prototyping and translating research into working models - with range across:

• Digital Service Design - designing end-to-end journeys across digital products, platforms and channels. Confident pairing service design method with UX/product thinking.
• Community Design - designing programmes, rituals andengagement models that build audiences and sustain participation, not just the artefacts they use.
• Learning & Development (L&D) - designing learning journeys, facilitation formats and capability-building programmes for organisations in transformation.
• Consultancy - service designers with a strategy or consultingbackground, confident translating research into business model,positioning and roadmap, and at ease in client rooms.
• Spatial Experience - designers who extend service design into physical and spatial touchpoints - branches, campuses, retail, cultural and hospitality environments.

About ATÖLYE 360

ATÖLYE 360 designs integrated experience systems that make transformation tangible by connecting strategy to behaviour across physical, digital and human touchpoints.

A single brief here might cross a service blueprint, a learning programme, a spatial rollout and a community launch in the same month.

We look for collaborators with the craft, range and point of view to work at that intersection.

How We Work With Collaborators

Engagements are project-based. All work is delivered for clients based in the UAE - remote, hybrid, or on-site depending on the brief. You would work alongside our in house team, not instead of it.

Collaborators are treated as an extension of our team - briefed, credited and supported as such.

Who Should Apply

• Freelance, or set up to invoice as such
• Based in the UAE
• Proven, demonstrable experience in service design, with depth in at least one of: digital, community, L&D, consultancy or spatial experience
• Able to deliver in Arabic, English, or both - tell us which
• Comfortable working across cultures and, where relevant, in Arabic speaking environments
• We read every application but do not have the capacity to respond to everyone personally. You will be contacted if your profile is a match for any of our functions.
• We won't always have a project ready to go. Once added to the pool, you will be contacted when a project is ready. Project start dates are at the client's discretion.
