Job summary

Dr Scent in Sharjah, UAE seeks an SEO Specialist to develop and implement strategies that boost organic traffic and search rankings. You will conduct keyword research, optimize product listings, blogs, and category pages, and perform technical audits to fix crawl and speed issues.

You will collaborate with content and website teams, monitor performance with GA4 and other tools, and stay current with Google algorithm changes to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, CS, business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
• Experience with Shopify, WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and data-driven decision maker.

Optimize website pages, product listings, landing pages, blogs, and category pages for SEO.

Perform technical SEO audits and resolve crawl, indexing, speed, and Core Web Vitals issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Content, Creative, and Website teams to produce SEO-friendly content.
• Optimize e-commerce pages and improve product discoverability.
• Monitor website performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Build and manage ethical backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm changes and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
