• 5-10+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and local GAAP.
• Drive standardization and simplification of financial processes.
• Collaborate with senior divisional leadership on Controllership matters.
• Support tax planning, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.
• Promote automation and simplification of financial processes.

Skills

Experience of finance/accounting within a multinational manufacturing environment

Excellent working knowledge of English and local country language

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
