Job summary

• Expert Deluge scripting.
• Experience with Zoho APIs, REST and third‑party integrations.
• Understanding of CRM data models, workflows and automation.

• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai.
• Zoho CRM/Creator developer certification.
• Experience delivering enterprise Zoho implementations.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and customise apps across Zoho CRM/Creator/Books/Desk/Analytics.
• Develop advanced Deluge scripts for workflows and automation.
• Customize Zoho modules, layouts, fields, blueprints, page layouts, buttons and widgets.
• Build workflows, approval processes, assignment rules, escalation rules and Blueprint automation.
• Develop integrations using Zoho APIs, REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks and third‑party services.
• Manage data migration, imports, exports and system synchronisation.
• Create reports, dashboards and analytics to support business requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, maintain system stability and optimise performance.
• Support code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers where required.
