AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Wet Utilities Engineer in Dubai to support infrastructure projects across GCC. You will lead technical delivery for wet utilities networks including water, sewer, storm, irrigation, firefighting and pumping systems.

The role emphasizes bid support, client engagement, and multi-disciplinary coordination. The candidate should have 10+ years in similar roles, be based in the UAE with GCC project experience, and hold Civil/Mechanical Engineering registration with

Qualifications

• Civil/Mechanical Engineering degree with SCE registration.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role/project.
• Based in UAE with significant GCC project experience.
• Experience with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Info Works, SWMM, Storm/Sewer/Water CAD and Revit/BIM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance on large multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Support bids for single and multi-disciplinary disciplines with a focus on winning proposals.
• Develop client relationships to secure repeat business and identify opportunities.
• Report on project performance and progress.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture.

Overview

The AtkinsRealis Infrastructure Business is seeking a highly motivated detail oriented self-starter to join our Dubai UAE office as a Senior Wet Utilities Engineer to support infrastructure multi-disciplinary projects for clients in GCC including planning designing and engineering related to wet utilities networks which may be comprised of water sewerage storm irrigation firefighting sewage collection systems pumping stations reservoirs etc.

Your role

Technical assistance on large multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects delivery.

Support single and multi-disciplinary discipline bids with a clear focus on what is needed to win.

Continue to build relationships with existing clients securing repeat business and identifying additional business opportunities.

Report on project performance.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and ensure that a good Health & Safety culture is engendered within the team.

Provide technical expertise on a variety of large engineering projects.

Support designs and budgets and drive projects from tender to delivery in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Increase your networking profile with both internal and external clients.

About you

. Civil/Mechanical Engineering with registration in SCE.

The potential candidate has a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role/project.

Is currently based in UAE and have a significant experience on GCC based projects.

Additionally the applicant should have experience with a combination of the following skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills and strong technical writing and communications skills. Experience and familiarity with the following programs is a plus: ArcGIS AutoCAD MicroStation Info Works SWMM Storm/Sewer/Water CAD Revit/BIM experience.
