Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering is required.
• Master's Degree in Engineering or Project Management is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and seek approval for project budgets baselines including man-hour costs, expenses and contingencies.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation for Water & Environment design projects of moderate complexity.
• Collect and analyze client requirements for Water & Environment design projects of moderate complexity.
• Manage client relations, including managing project expectations and sharing progress and issues/risks.
• Ensure client satisfaction with Water & Environment design deliverables.
• Manage Water & Environment design projects, including schedule and cost control, team management, client management and risk management.
