Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of waste & potable water treatment process design.
• Minimum 5 years experience leading teams or departments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for tender review, analysis, and management submittals.
• Evaluate tender/proposal content requirements and manage deliverables.
• Direct and manage a local team to develop winning solutions for water companies.
• Develop and implement training for team members.
• Liaise with clients to ensure successful outcomes.
• Search and implement new technologies for optimal solutions.

Skills

Expert in all Water & Waste Water Treatment Processes

Interpretation of Tenders

Well-experienced in process and hydraulic design

Experience in design software

Strong understanding of local and international water and wastewater regulations and standards

Effective interpersonal communication and leadership

Education
