Job summary

Analog is seeking a designer who understands that a brand is a point of view, not just a logo or palette. You will own the visual expression of Analog across everything the world sees, working directly with the founders, shaping the aesthetic language of Physical Intelligence, and making design decisions at both keynote scale and icon resolution.

This is not a production role; it is a creative leadership role with no formal title.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates a genuine and consistent point of view.
• Mastery of typography with deliberate, defendable decisions.
• Deep proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience designing for digital and physical formats: screens, print, environmental, stage.

Responsibilities

• Own the Visual Language across brand and marketing touchpoints.
• Lead design execution across campaign visuals, keynote decks, event identity, social content, product launches, investor materials, and partner communications.
• Shape Ana's visual canon and ensure coherence across formats.
• Drive craft at every scale with attention to typography, color, and composition.
