Job summary

YAZ Media is seeking a Senior Video Editor to join our studio in the UAE. You will edit high-quality video content across social platforms, brand campaigns, events, and digital channels, utilizing Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-assisted tools to streamline workflows.

You will collaborate with producers, designers, strategists, and account teams to deliver engaging videos that meet creative and business objectives, while staying on brand and ahead of trends.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience editing social media content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, ads).
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality.
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, campaigns, websites, and digital platforms.
• Create platform-optimized edits for social channels.
• Apply motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects using After Effects.
• Edit event videos, brand films, highlights, teasers, and recap content.
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance workflows (auto-captions, transitions, effects, upscaling, templates, etc.).
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines and creative direction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Organize project files, timelines, and assets following studio workflows.
• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to iterate and refine edits based on feedback.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, editing styles, and emerging video formats.
