Qualifications

• 4+ years of research or analysis in Dubai/Abu Dhabi property market.
• Working knowledge of DLD and ADREC data and procedures.
• Daily familiarity with UAE portals and data sources listed.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets; large tables, pivots, data cleaning.
• Clear written English and ability to explain price movements clearly.
• You verify your own work and flag what you could not verify.

Responsibilities

• Research new launches in Dubai/Abu Dhabi: developer, location, pricing, promos, and bank terms.
• Build and maintain comparables for pricing decisions.
• Read DLD/ADREC data and explain movements at various project levels.
• Write analysis for monthly market reports with traceable figures.
• Verify AI-generated research against registries and portals.
