Job summary

The Corporate Institute in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead comprehensive UAE company incorporation projects across Mainland, Freezone and Offshore jurisdictions.

You will advise on structures, licensing, regulatory requirements and compliance, while managing relationships with banks, authorities and cross-border clients. This role demands strong client handling, BD skills and leadership across legal, audit and internal teams.

Qualifications

• CA with 10+ years of relevant experience in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE company formation, licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent client handling and business development skills.
• Experience working with Freezones, DED/DET and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end company incorporation across UAE Mainland, Freezone and Offshore jurisdictions.
• Advise clients on business structures, licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Handle corporate compliance, UBO, ESR, AML, licence renewals and other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with Freezone authorities, DED/DET, banks and UAE government authorities.
• Assist with business setup, visa processing, bank account opening and corporate documentation.
• Advise clients on UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, accounting and compliance.
• Manage client relationships and business development activities.
• Handle HNW clients, international businesses and cross-border structuring assignments.
• Lead assignments and coordinate with legal, audit and internal teams.
