Qualifications

• 5–6 years of treasury experience in financial services.
• Experience building treasury processes and controls.
• Background in bank treasury or fintech treasury functions.
• Experience leading and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing treasury policies, procedures, and controls.
• Take first-line responsibility for managing risk appetite across liquidity, funding, and FX market risks.
• Create and implement workflow processes for reconciliation and cash management.
• Monitor and maintain sufficient liquidity to meet regulatory and internal requirements.
• Develop and implement market and liquidity risk stress testing.
• Liaise with Compliance and Product teams to ensure regulatory compliance and reconciliation across processes.
• Present quarterly reports on the company's financial position.
• Develop and implement data flows to support cash flow forecasting.
• Work with the Data team to identify financial operating metrics and deliver global and regional KRIs and KPIs.
• Conduct analysis on key business questions and present findings to stakeholders.

The Role

The global fintech company is hiring a Senior Treasury Manager based in Dubai. The role covers treasury operations including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and banking relationships across global payment flows. The position works closely with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing treasury policies, procedures, and controls
• Take first-line responsibility for managing risk appetite across liquidity, funding, and FX market risks
• Create and implement workflow processes for reconciliation and cash management
• Monitor and maintain sufficient liquidity to meet regulatory and internal requirements
• Develop and implement market and liquidity risk stress testing
• Liaise with Compliance and Product teams to ensure regulatory compliance and reconciliation across processes

• Experience leading and managing teams, preferably within financial services
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
