The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be skilled in managing training operations, content design, and delivery. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders for training needs analysis, developing training content, and conducting training sessions both in-person and virtually across the region. Strong communication skills and a passion for learning are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Operational excellence and ability to work independently or as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end training program operations.
• Identify training needs in collaboration with HRBP and SBUs.
• Deliver training in person and virtually to employees across MEA and India.
