Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Testing & Commissioning Manager to lead and supervise activities across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the UAE construction industry, a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and strong leadership skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage large-scale projects while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning, with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong contracting background with a proven record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead manage and supervise all Testing & Commissioning activities.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans and schedules.
• Review design documents and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors and clients to resolve issues.
• Manage T&C teams for timely execution of works.
