Job summary

Leading Islamic Bank in Dubai seeks a seasoned Manager to lead Core Banking Integration & Reporting Technologies. You will define architectures for Temenos Transact, optimize performance, and oversee integration across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

You will drive batch and real-time interfaces (TIF, COB/EOD/EOY), implement APIs, IBM MQ, Kafka, and ensure HA/DR. Collaboration with IT, vendors, and business units is essential to deliver scalable, compliant reporting solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in IT or Business is required.
6+ years of IT experience with banking or financial services preferred.
Hands-on experience implementing Temenos Transact Core Banking Platform on Integration Layer and interfaces.
Experience with integration architecture, environments, and Transact environment management.

Responsibilities

Define deployment architectures (on-prem, cloud, hybrid) for Temenos Transact.
Optimize Temenos Transact/T24 performance (DB tuning, caching, clustering).
Work with Temenos Microservices (TMA) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ensure high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies for T24.
Design and optimize batch jobs (COB, EOD, EOM, EOY) and configure TCIB/ TSA.
Develop real-time and batch interfaces between Temenos T24 and external systems (Payment Hubs, SWIFT, ERP, CRM).
Implement SOAP/REST APIs, IBM MQ, Kafka, and file-based integrations (ISO 20022, CSV, XML).
Lead integration workstreams and conduct code reviews for Temenos BASIC routines and Java services.
