Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, assemble and inspect GEnx engines in accordance with manuals and regulatory requirements.
• Support on-time delivery by executing tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrate professional behavior, fairness and integrity; raise safety concerns as needed.
• Continue developing technical expertise on the job and provide basic guidance to junior technicians.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technician to support GEnx engine maintenance operations. The role involves hands‑on disassembly assembly and inspection work while ensuring full compliance with approved technical data aviation regulations and safety standards. This position requires strong technical capability attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a professional and ethical working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engine Process Execution (50%)

• Perform GEnx engine disassembly assembly and inspection tasks in line with approved manuals and regulatory requirements
• Complete all work in strict accordance with HS&E and aviation regulations
• Support delivery timelines and customer commitments by executing tasks efficiently

Ethical Culture & Team Collaboration (25%)

• Demonstrate professional behaviour fairness and integrity in daily work
• Promote open communication and raise safety or ethical concerns appropriately

Technical Competence Development (15%)

• Continue developing technical expertise through on-the-job learning
  Provide basic guidance to junior technicians to support skill growth

Resource Allocation & Compliance Support (10%)

• Assist in maintaining tool and equipment availability
• Support compliance activities identifying and reporting discrepancies
• Uphold adherence to industry standards and internal processes

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate vocational or technical school qualification in aviation aeronautical engineering MRO or related field
• Authorization at D2 level (or equivalent certification) in relevant processes

Minimum Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in technical aviation or MRO
  Experience with GEnx engines is an advantage
