Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Experience in the cement industry preferred.

• Ensure quality maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Inform about spare parts for procurement.
• Perform calibration activities per SAP schedule and report.
• First-level inspection of plant equipment.

• PLC logic view and tag creation for troubleshooting.
• Handle on-call duties after hours and address on-site issues.

Job description

Ensure the quality of maintenance for electrical and instrumentation equipment to achieve maximum availability and reliability.

Inform the Engineer/Maintenance Manager about the required spare parts for the procurement.

Use the SAP system to carry out maintenance activities.

Performed calibration activities according to the SAP schedule and submitted the final report to the engineer.

First-level inspection of plant equipment.

Low Voltage motor in-house overhauling.

Troubleshooting of the electrical and instrumentation problem.

PLC logic view for troubleshooting and tag creation if required.

On call after duty hours as per plant requirements.

RCF of the problem and apply on-site.

Store Issue entry in SAP.

Closing of preventive/corrective orders after the job compilation.

Commission of a new project.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, preferably in the cement industry.
