About the job

This role requires expertise in building crypto wallets, stakeholder management, and guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You'll work with developers, designers, and leadership to define and launch new crypto-wallet products.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to post-launch analysis, including backlog management.
2. Translate technical concepts into clear product requirements, evaluate solutions, and prioritize features.
3. Conduct market research and customer discovery to understand value propositions.
4. Collaborate across teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
5. Ensure timely delivery of quality features with organized testing and feedback.

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a technical role.
• Experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana.
• Strong understanding of microservices, P2P systems, JavaScript.
• Organizational skills for managing multiple priorities remotely.
• Ability to define and track KPIs; experience with A/B testing is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on JavaScript development experience with frameworks like Node.js, React, or Angular.
