Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of total experience in a Technical or Design Coordination role.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the UAE with a Tier-1 Main Contractor.
• Mandatory proven experience working on high-rise or mid-rise building projects (G+20 and above).
• Strong expertise in reviewing structural and architectural drawings.
• Solid understanding of local authority approval processes and building codes in Dubai/UAE.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed technical reviews and cross-discipline coordination of IFC drawings.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison to resolve design-related issues.
• Provide practical solutions to on-site issues and technical queries.
• Ensure compliance with approved IFC drawings and regulations.
• Manage and maintain a log of all technical submittals and issues.
