Job summary

Inception, a G42 company, seeks a Senior Technical Architect to shape architecture strategy for AI initiatives across teams. You will drive decisions to ensure scalable, secure systems aligned with best practices and deliver transformative AI solutions.

You will mentor architects, evaluate new technologies, and guide large‑scale AI programs from concept to execution, partnering with product and engineering leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.

Overview

As a Senior Technical Architect at Inception, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overarching architecture strategy for our AI-driven initiatives. You will work across teams to align business objectives with technology strategies, drive technical-wide architectural decisions, and ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of transformative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Own

• Develop and maintain the technical architecture framework to support business objectives and technology strategies.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of new technologies and frameworks across the organization.
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight for large‑scale AI and technology initiatives.
• Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions.

Required Tech Stack

• Technical Architecture: Deep experience with frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
• Programming and Development: Proficiency in languages like Python, Java, and JavaScript, with a focus on technical-level solutions.
• AI and Machine Learning: Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and technical AI platforms.
• Cloud Platforms: Expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Data Management: Advanced knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and big data solutions (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Microservices and Integration: Expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and service mesh technologies
