Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior taxation professional to lead compliance and planning for direct and indirect taxes. You will oversee returns, audits, and transfer pricing while guiding leadership on tax implications of transactions and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent with professional taxation qualifications.
• Fluency in English and strong analytical skills are required.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws and regulations.
• Develop tax strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize positions.
• Oversee preparation and review of tax returns and related filings.
• Coordinate with authorities and auditors; manage transfer pricing documentation.
• Lead tax risk assessments and implement controls and KPIs.
• Provide guidance on tax implications of business decisions; oversee audits.
