RECRO NET INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANTS L.L.C is looking for an experienced Information Security Specialist in Dubai to join a client-facing team. The role blends pre-sales support, security architecture, and project delivery across PKI, CLM, ECM, BPM, and NTP.

Responsibilities include crafting technical proposals, delivering presentations, and guiding deployments, testing, and documentation under senior supervision. Proficiency in English and strong stakeholder communication are essential.

Job description

• Proficient in networking such as OSI model and troubleshooting guide. Knows TCP/IP v4:

  concepts, addressing and routing.

  • Proficient in Windows Server (2012R2 – 2019), workstation (XP – 10). Experience in Active

  Directory Administration and Group Policies. Azure experience is a plus.

  • Hands on experience in RHEL/CentOS 7,8,9/Alma Linux – SuSE Linux 12 -15, and transitioning

  init to systemd, from iptables to firewalld.

  • Understanding DNS, familiar with the split-horizon concept. Experience with MS DNS, and Bind

  are most welcome.

  • Understanding Bash and PowerShell scripts and write simple ones to automate tasks when

  needed.

  • Along with Active Directory, you have experience with other LDAP servers. You understand LDIF

  Import / Export, mass manipulations, including password changes.

  • Experience with Radius protocol and servers (at least Free-Radius) for use-cases such as 2FA,

  802.1x and EAP-TLS.

  • Familiarization with Tomcat on Windows and Linux Understanding the syslog protocol and have

  basic understanding of SIEM / Log manager. An experience with any solution is a plus.

  • Familiarization with MS-Exchange and Postfix, SMTP protocol and its limitations.

  • Hands on experience with Encryption (RCx, AES, DES), Hash (MD5, SHA-x), and Asymmetric

  Cryptography (RSA, EC).

  • Experience capturing network packets on different platforms (Windows, Linux) and how to

  read/analyze them with well-known tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least 5-8 years’ experience

  • Information Security

  • Experience in a similar type of role in a multinational business and dealing with regulatory

  authorities, governments, and industry bodie

  • Good personal communication skills capable of dealing with wide range of stakeholders,

  including senior management, regulatory authority.

  • Good Presentation skills.

  • Fluency in English (mandatory).

BONUS SKILLS:

• OpenID Connect: Knows the protocol, and are familiar with its concepts.
• PKI: Understand the concepts of PKI. A hands-on experience with solutions such as Microsoft AD-CS, or EJBCA is most welcome. A first experience with automation protocols is a plus.
• HSM: Understand what an HSM is and its main features. Hands-on experience with some of the market leaders is most welcome.
• Cloud: experience in AWS ACM and Azure AKV.
• Digital Signature: You know what a digital signature is. Have a general understanding of international regulations. Knows common formats and signature profiles.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

Pre-Sales:

Write technical proposals, including scope of work, delivery plan, etc. Will also assist the sales team in defining the required workload. Occasionally you can also build the whole sales offer based on inputs from the team. Be able to give presentations (company profile, solutions specific) and do customer facing demonstration.

Project Implementation:

Under the guidance of a senior consultant, you’ll participate in projects implementations: PKI, CLM, ECM, BPM, NTP, etc. from pre-requisite checking to appliance roll-out, to implementation, documentation, and testing.

Support:

Supporting existing projects where we are running the solution for the customer, and more traditional support after implementation.

During noncustomer facing time you’re expected to extend your knowledge of the solutions we sell by using our Virtual Lab.
