Job summary

Abroad Work in Khawr Fakkan, United Arab Emirates, seeks an experienced Surveyor to join the team and lead the planning, coordination, and monitoring of surveying activities across land, buildings, roads, and other structures.

The successful candidate will carry out detailed surveys, record measurements, prepare illustrated reports, establish reference points, analyze data, and operate robotic total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or relevant field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in surveying/civil engineering.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of surveying equipment and related software programs.
• Good knowledge of local regulations related to surveying activities.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out detailed surveys of land, buildings, roads, and other structures;
• Recording data, including measurements of land elevations, slopes, and contours;
• Preparing survey reports with maps and other illustrations to explain the results;
• Establishing control networks or points that can be used as reference points or markers;
• Analyzing data to determine the location of a project or development;
• Utilizing a variety of surveying equipment such as robotic total stations, GPS receivers and laser scanners.
