Job summary

You will prepare reports and facilitate material transfers between project sites, with a focus on detail, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in storekeeping with UAE construction experience.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and tools.
• Familiarity with construction materials and equipment.
• Proficient in inventory software and MS Office applications.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma; certifications in inventory or supply chain are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials and equipment.
• Maintain records of stock levels, inventory movement, and documentation.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies in inventory.
• Coordinate with project managers and procurement to ensure timely supply of materials.
• Monitor and implement safety and security procedures for the storage facility.
• Ensure materials are stored to prevent damage and meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and storage areas.
• Prepare inventory reports and provide updates to management.
• Manage logistics for transferring materials between project sites.
