Institute for Healthier Living Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our onsite team in Abu Dhabi. You will deliver patient-centered care and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, contributing to innovation in areas such as precision medicine and preventive care.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, an RN license in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in precision medicine or preventive care.
• Registered Nurse (RN) credentials and licensed to practice or eligible to practice in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Strong familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and patient safety standards is preferred.
• High proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care while upholding patient safety and ethical standards.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support implementation of advanced care protocols, including precision medicine and preventive services.
• Mentor, train, and support junior staff and new team members.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and utilize healthcare software for accurate record-keeping.
• Adhere strictly to UAE healthcare guidelines and institutional policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing success of our department.
