What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise engaging land sports activities with a strong focus on guest delight
• Assign and guide junior team members based on their strengths and specializations
• Mentor and develop your team to perform at their very best
• Collaborate with Entertainment Managers and Team Leaders to ensure a safe, fun environment
• Manage inventory and upkeep of games and sports equipment
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
• Follow and execute daily and weekly activity schedules
• Stay up to date on entertainment programs, facilities, promotions, and pricing

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Leisure, Recreation, Events, or Entertainment
• Skills: Confident communicator in English (spoken & written); Strong leadership and mentoring abilities; Guest-focused with a positive, energetic personality; Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented; Comfortable using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
