Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is seeking a Senior Specialist in Trade Finance Operations (UAEN Only) to manage the trade asset portfolio, monitor processing, and ensure compliance with policies and international rules. You will collate data, prepare MIS-related analyses, and maintain accurate transaction records.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Trade Finance, a finance-related degree, and strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Trade Finance products.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Accounting or equivalent.
• Technical knowledge of trade related products.
• Knowledge of Banking and accounting systems.
• Communication skills.
• Solution finding, problem solving.
• Influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the management of the trade asset portfolio, reviewing and monitoring the processing and monitoring of transactions, reporting on findings to ensure adherence with the Bank’s policies and processes.
• Collate and provide data analysis on the teams achievements and progress against set tasks to ensure the team achieves its objectives to the required standard and all transactions are completed accurately within the agreed timeframes.
• Review prepared reports for MIS reviews with the risk and finance teams, highlighted and reporting trends to ensure they are in line with the agreed standard.
• Manage the maintenance of records and information related to the transactions and reconciliation of accounts to ensure they are in line with the Banks standards.
