Job description
Senior Specialist - Supply Chain PMO
Position Overview

We are hiring a structured, execution-oriented Senior Specialist to join the Group Supply Chain Management (GSCM) PMO. This role drives organization, visibility, and delivery discipline across major SCM programs, spanning Facilities (construction & consolidation), Logistics optimization, Procurement transformation, Export Control, and Supply Chain Security.

You'll act as the central nerve of Group SCM projects: collecting updates from 35+ entities, maintaining precise trackers, and transforming complex project data into clear, visually strong presentations and executive reports.

Project Management & Coordination
  • Manage the Group SCM Master Project Tracker covering all strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Track progress, dependencies, budgets, and KPIs, proactively flagging risks or delays.
  • Coordinate with cluster and entity teams to validate status, collect data, and align next steps.
  • Drive project discipline by following up with owners until deliverables are complete.
Reporting, Presentation & Communication
  • Develop professional-grade PowerPoint presentations for senior management, steering committees, and BoD updates.
  • Convert raw data and scattered inputs into storylined, executive-ready decks that highlight key insights, actions, and outcomes.
  • Maintain and update visual dashboards (Excel, Power BI, MS Project) showing project milestones, RAG status, and dependencies.
  • Draft concise management summaries, action logs, and decision notes for internal circulation.
  • Ensure that reporting is not just accurate, but compelling, clean layouts, data visuals, and clear narrative flow.
PMO Systems & Data Governance
  • Standardize templates, trackers, and reporting formats across SCM sub-functions.
  • Maintain documentation, risk registers, and lessons‑learned logs for each project.
  • Support implementation of MS Project or equivalent tools to automate progress tracking.
  • Drive consistency and version control across all project artifacts and presentation materials.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Interface with project leads across Facilities, Logistics, Procurement, and Transformation.
  • Prepare and facilitate periodic PMO review sessions, agenda, slides, and follow‑up actions.
  • Serve as the link between technical project teams and executive management, translating operational details into decision‑oriented visuals.
Key Project Domains
  • Facilities: Construction of factories, warehouses, bunkers, and office relocations.
  • Logistics: Freight optimization, rate cards, LLP platform, warehouse integration.
  • Procurement: Category strategies, policy rollout, supplier management CoEs.
  • Export Control & Compliance: SAP GTS deployment, trade regulation adherence.
  • Supply Chain Security & Resilience: Risk monitoring and mitigation planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years in project management, PMO, or operations coordination, ideally within a large group or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong command of Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver top‑tier presentations for C‑level stakeholders.
  • Understanding of supply chain functions (procurement, logistics, facilities, export control) is a plus.
  • PMP, Prince2, or similar certification preferred.
Competencies
  • Presentation Excellence: Can craft executive decks that combine clarity, data, and storytelling.
  • Organization: Impeccable structure, attention to detail, and version control discipline.
  • Communication: Crisp, confident communicator across all levels, from engineers to executives.
  • Follow‑up & Accountability: Relentless in ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met.
  • Analytical Mindset: Able to connect project metrics to business impact.
  • Continuous Improvement: Always looking for ways to automate, simplify, and elevate reporting quality.
