A major entertainment corporation is looking for a Senior Professional in Dubai to lead partner marketing initiatives for Disney+. This role focuses on developing and executing campaigns that drive awareness and subscriptions for Disney+. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in marketing, proficiency in Arabic, and an understanding of the KSA and UAE markets. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring best practices, and delivering impactful marketing strategies.
We are looking for Senior Professional, responsible for Partner Marketing, specifically in KSA and Kuwait.
The Disney+ team is responsible for the launch and day to day operation of Disney+ across Europe and Africa, specifically focused on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships and synergy, content programming, research and analytics.
This role sits within the team spearheading the MENA roll out of Disney’s new streaming platform, Disney+. Working alongside Commercial teams, this marketing role focuses on delivering best in class Disney+ partnership campaigns.
The role is intensively collaborative in nature - working with multiple Disney+ stakeholders, wider TWDC business units as well as a host of external partners and agencies. The role will be responsible for ensuring our partners are effectively driving awareness of Disney+ through their marketing campaigns and initiatives as well as effective CTA and delivery of subscribers.
Day to day the role will work with partners/markets to ensure:
The role will help to support the end to end activation of partnership delivery including customer redemption journeys, marketing and customer services.
This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our office and 1 day from home.
Project Management: A key member of the team, this role will support partner marketing and campaign activation for Disney+. Working with existing TWDC processes and developing new ones to enable Partners to efficiently produce through the line campaigns; leading meetings with local markets, clients and agencies, and ensuring all projects are as impactful as possible and delivered on time.
Managing Creative Assets: working with the global/EMEA brand, creative and legal teams to ensure promotional guidelines and approved assets are developed and delivered to partners across EMEA. Establishing processes and systems to best deliver these to our partners.
Client Servicing: Excellence in client servicing, helping build long term relationships with our largest strategic partners and delivering a seamless partner experience. This role requires someone who can work hand in hand with relevant teams, for example commercial, product, content and creative to ensure the partnership(s) are successful and delivering against terms.
Brand guardian, creative and detail: This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong process and budget management to deliver professional, innovative and high-quality campaigns. The candidate will ultimately become a brand guardian for Disney+ and its respective Originals, ensuring all campaigns deliver on the brand strategy.
Systems and Approvals: Intimate working knowledge of the various systems and campaign submission using tools such as; PAS, CBM guidelines, topline Legal policies, SAG fee participation.
Relationships: Strong external relationships (clients and agencies) and strong internal relationships; all marketing departments, legal, CBM, Technical Account Management, Affiliates.
Partner with EMEA & US teams to ensure MENA partnership marketing needs are understood and met. Strong communication/alignment is a must.
