A leading consumer commerce platform in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive supply acquisition and develop partnerships with restaurant brands. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales management. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic are essential. The role is fast-paced and requires adaptability and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment.

• Communicate the outlined strategy to drive the supply acquisition and new partnerships.
• Build a diversified restaurant base by type, geography and cuisine.
• Develop partnerships with large restaurant brands at the level of the country
• Be close to the field, engage directly into partner relationships and negotiations and provide senior relationship coverage with key accounts
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to make sure restaurants are timely Activated for your cities.
• Work to drive the supply portfolio volume, revenues and returns
• Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly account management plan, budget and targets
• Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to analyze results and identify opportunities to improve sales motions, value proposition, sales enablement, systems, processes, and programs.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a similar field
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience in online marketplaces and startups is a plus.
• Sales transformation skills, Stakeholder influencing skills and ability to manage through ambiguity are also core to success.
• Minimum 2 years sales management experience.
• Must have strong and excellent English & Arabic communication skills
• On-demand or e-com platform experience is a plus
