Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in SME Banking, including business development and relationship management.
• Proven track record of closing SME deals in the UAE or GCC region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients.
• Analyze clients’ cash flow cycles.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of SME clients.
• Prepare comprehensive credit proposals.
• Monitor portfolio performance.
• Ensure timely renewal and restructuring of credit facilities.

Skills

Strong understanding of SME banking and lending products

Strong understanding of credit analysis and financial statements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
