Job summary

Segula Technologies in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Site Manager to lead the site supervision team and act as the senior on-site representative for a large-scale thermal power project. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in power plant or major industrial construction projects.
• Strong experience in thermal power plant projects, preferably CCGT.
• Proven track record in site management, construction supervision and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong leadership, reporting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with international standards, QA/QC processes and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site supervision activities across civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation disciplines.
• Serve as the main site focal point for project execution and coordination.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, quality and compliance with drawings and specs.
• Ensure implementation of HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture on site.
• Coordinate with client, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders on technical and execution matters.
• Review site reports, construction updates and progress; support resolution of technical issues and non-conformities.
• Ensure works are executed in line with project schedule, quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Supervise and guide the multidisciplinary site team to maintain efficient execution and reporting.
