A relevant degree and 20 years of senior-level experience are essential. Strong communication skills and proficiency in software like Microsoft Word and Primavera P3 are required. A valid UAE driving license is a must.

Qualifications

• 20 years of experience in a senior-level position.
• Full knowledge of methods of excavation and backfilling as per RTA standards.
• Familiarity with safety requirements as per DM and RTA standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate time to complete emergency works and make decisions on the spot.
• Deal with service authorities during emergency works.
• Design stormwater and irrigation works.
• Control the work effectively.
