Job summary

A reputable HR consultancy is seeking a Senior Service Engineer in Abu Dhabi to provide outstanding support for Office & Managed Print Services operations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, proficiency with office products, and relevant certifications. Responsibilities include managing service requests and performing maintenance tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with SLA agreements.

Qualifications

• Fully attested degree required (home country + UAE).
• Strong knowledge of computers, networks, and relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage calls and resolve issues in line with SLA agreements.
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on office products.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for maintenance and service-related concerns.

Skills

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering

Strong knowledge of computers, networks, colour theory

Proficiency in using multi-meters and troubleshooting electrical circuits

SafeQ, Papercut, and Equitrac PMS certification

Experience with Konica Minolta office products

Excellent customer-facing and communication skills

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

UAE driving license

Education

Fully attested degree in related field
