Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in security systems across total or turn-around projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fault logs, identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and report findings.
• Work with clients, IT, and other teams to resolve faults and ensure proper system functioning.
• Maintain firmware, security patches, and configurations for optimized performance.
• Keep detailed records of faults, PPMs, and Callouts.
• Ensure network security measures are implemented and maintain security systems and user protocols.
• Advise clients on system upgrades and provide refresher training as needed.
• Monitor system performance, handle routine operations, and supervise technicians during implementation and repairs.
