Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group in Dubai seeks a Head of Security Architecture to lead global security architecture and engineering, reporting to the CISO. You will shape strategy, drive secure transformation, and ensure security by design across the enterprise.

You will steer architecture for AI security, Zero Trust, and cloud-native security, while maturing the operating model and collaborating with GRC and engineering teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, ISSAP, GIAC GDSA, CASP+/SecurityX, CISM, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF or equivalent.
• 18+ years of progressive experience in information security with leadership in architecture/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise security architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to embed security into operations and digital initiatives.
• Provide thought leadership on AI security, Zero Trust, quantum readiness, and cloud-native security.
• Establish and maintain security standards, frameworks, and patterns across the enterprise.
• Oversee risk assessments, architecture reviews, and security design across projects and ecosystems.
• Mentor and lead architecture and engineering teams to foster accountability and innovation.
