Job summary

A global energy solutions provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to manage the execution of SLA Programs and modifications of Control and Protection systems. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience, thorough knowledge of Substation Automation Systems, and will actively support customer interactions and project meetings. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential. This full-time position does not support remote work and requires adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience as SCMS engineer with design and commissioning experience.
• Thorough knowledge of different communication protocols.
• In-depth product knowledge of Hitachi Energy systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute SLA Programs Retrofit Upgradations Extensions and Modifications.
• Manage site activities efficiently and in accordance with specifications.
• Represent Service Engineering function at project and customer meetings.

Skills

Substation Automation Systems knowledge

Communication protocols (IEC101, IEC104, IEC61850)

Product knowledge of Hitachi Energy MicroSCADA

Proficiency in MS Office and IET ITT

Intermediate knowledge of OT cybersecurity

Fluent in English

Education
