Job summary

WSP Middle East Limited in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Executive-Level Projects Control Manager (Schedule Engineering) to lead integrated master schedules for Abu Dhabi Ports projects, coordinating with clients and contractors to forecast performance and manage risks.

This role demands deep expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, earned value management, and strong stakeholder communication to drive schedule controls and continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP or PMI-SP certification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project scheduling and controls for large infrastructure projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project; Earned Value Management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated master schedules for Abu Dhabi Ports projects.
• Monitor daily progress against baselines and produce variance analyses.
• Identify risks and delays, recommending mitigation measures.
• Prepare schedule forecasts and earned value analyses for senior management.
• Coordinate inputs with multidisciplinary teams and clients, and conduct schedule audits.
• Implement and maintain schedule control tools and workshops to improve processes.
