Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking a senior SAP Enterprise Architect to own the architecture blueprint, govern technical delivery, and oversee the S/4HANA RISE transition across multi-entity deployments.

The role requires 12–15+ years in IT delivery and 6+ years leading SAP S/4HANA architectures, with strong emphasis on Clean Core, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration with business leaders.

Qualifications

12–15+ years of progressive IT delivery, solution architecture and digital core leadership.
Minimum 6+ years of hands-on client-side architecture leadership in SAP S/4HANA implementation programs.
Direct experience migrating from Oracle EBS (or similar) to SAP S/4HANA cloud.
Bachelor’s degree; Executive MBA or advanced management qualification preferred.
Highly preferred certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, TOGAF 9, PMP/PRINCE2).

Responsibilities

Define and lead enterprise architecture strategy, blueprinting, and governance for SAP S/4HANA S/ Rise transition.
Enforce Clean Core and manage customizations using SAP BTP with platform standards.
Drive data harmonization, MDM governance and protection under local PDPL rules.
Define analytics strategy and align data models with CDS views, SAP Data Sphere, and BI tooling.
