Job summary

Synnect LLC-Fz is seeking an experienced SAP GRC Risk Management Consultant to lead risk management and control design efforts in Dubai, UAE. The role requires deep hands-on SAP GRC expertise, including access control and BRFplus workflows, with a track record of successful full-lifecycle implementations.

Collaboration with audit and compliance teams is essential, in a regulated industry environment. The candidate should have strong COSO/ISO 31000/SOX understanding and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SAP GRC Risk Management & Process Control; working knowledge of Access Control.
• 2+ full-lifecycle SAP GRC implementations in Senior/Lead capacity.
• SAP GRC 10.x/12.0, workflows & BRFplus.
• Risk assessment, control design, testing, monitoring & remediation.
• Strong understanding of COSO, ISO 31000 & SOX.
• Experience working with audit, risk & compliance teams.
• Regulated industry experience, preferably ISU Retail / Consumer.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication & documentation skills.
