A leading organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager SAP to manage FICO operations and drive process optimizations. Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager SAP to join a dynamic team within a leading organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing SAP FICO operations collaborating closely with technical teams and driving process optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and Controlling.
  • Provide end-to-end financial process solutions and integration with MM, SD and PP modules.
  • Understand ABAP coding debug issues and guide developers for optimized custom developments.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within SAP FICO.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide SAP solutions.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and SAP partners.
  • Support SAP S/4HANA migration and digital transformation projects.
  • Conduct user training and develop functional documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in SAP FICO functional consulting with technical exposure to ABAP.
  • Expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting).
  • Ability to read debug and understand ABAP code.
  • Familiarity with user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, LSMW, IDOCs and SAP enhancement frameworks.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and financial process automation is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
