Job summary

Kingston Stanley is seeking an experienced SAP Basis, Security & IAG Consultant to join a leading technology organisation in Dubai. The role combines SAP Basis administration, SAP Security, Identity Access Governance, licence optimisation, audit readiness and project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience across SAP Basis, SAP Security and SAP IAG implementation/support, with strong SAP Cloud IAG, GRC and IAS/IPS exposure, and be able to work on-site in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience across SAP Basis, SAP Security and SAP IAG implementation/support.
• Strong practical experience with SAP Cloud IAG, including risk analysis, role design, access workflows, SoD remediation and access certification.
• Strong SAP Basis experience across S/4HANA, ECC, SAP HANA, Fiori, BTP and Solution Manager.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Security & Authorisations, including PFCG, SU01/SU10/SUIM, SU53 and STAUTHTRACE.
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control and IAS/IPS integration.
• Experience with STMS, CTS+ and ChaRM.
• Working knowledge of SAP licence measurement, FUE optimisation and user classification.
• Experience supporting IT audits and control remediation.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, problem and change management in an SLA-driven environment.
• Exposure to SAP DMS, Content Server, ArchiveLink, SARA and SAP HANA administration.
• Must be able to work on-site in Dubai.
• SAP certification in Basis, Security, GRC or IAG.
• Experience managing SAP landscapes in highly controlled or audit-intensive environments.
• Strong understanding of least-privilege access, SoD controls and SAP access governance.

Responsibilities

• Administration of SAP Basis, SAP Security and IAG.
• Drive licence optimisation, audit readiness and project delivery for SAP environments.
• Design roles and access workflows; perform risk analysis and SoD remediation.
• Support IT audits and control remediation within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate SAP landscape activities including DMS, ArchiveLink and HANA administration.
