Job summary

ATRIBS METSCON Group in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead end‑to‑end CRM design, custom components, and enterprise integrations. You will implement Apex, Triggers, and LWC, while aligning with security standards and government project requirements.

The role requires 4+ years of Salesforce development, strong REST/SOAP API experience, and hands‑on expertise with declarative features. Immediate UAE-based deployment preferred; on‑site, permanent staff position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Apex/Triggers/Batch Apex and asynchronous processing skills.
• Experience building UIs with LWC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Current UAE residency with local project experience and short notice availability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, and LWC.
• Build responsive user interfaces with LWC and modern frontend practices.
• Configure declarative automation and integrations via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Architect secure enterprise integrations and data migrations across environments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE security standards and governance.
