Summary

Responsible for developing the market & driving sales growth within MENA region.

Job Responsibilities
Commercial Ownership – Bronco Portfolio (MENA)
  • Full commercial ownership of the Bronco portfolio across the MENA region
  • Accountability for order intake, revenue growth, and portfolio penetration
  • Develop and execute the regional Bronco sales strategy aligned with HMH objectives
  • Drive market expansion within existing customers and identify new customer segments
  • Ensure disciplined pricing, margin protection, and commercial governance
  • Own commercial performance from opportunity identification through order intake
Pipeline, CRM & Forecast Ownership
  • Develop, manage, and maintain the full Bronco opportunity pipeline across MENA
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and disciplined use of Salesforce CRM
  • Own opportunity qualification, probability assessment, and forecast integrity
  • Regularly review pipeline health, gaps versus targets, and recovery actions
  • Ensure CRM data reflects true commercial status and supports management decision‑making
Strategic Market & Customer Development
  • Proactively identify and pursue new Bronco customers across MENA
  • Develop direct relationships with drilling contractors, rig operators, traders, and shipyards
  • Drive penetration of the Bronco portfolio into drilling, workover, and related upstream operations
  • Act independently to open markets, initiate discussions, and progress opportunities
  • Monitor regional market trends, competitive activity, and customer demand to shape strategy
Business Cases, Pricing & Negotiations
  • Prepare and lead full commercial and financial business cases for Bronco opportunities
  • Develop pricing strategies aligned with regional market dynamics and margin requirements
  • Lead commercial negotiations in line with HMH contracting and governance guidelines
  • Liaise with global and centralized pricing, product, and supply chain teams
  • Ensure pricing, lead times, and commercial terms meet MENA market requirements
Technical Engagement & Representation
  • Conduct and lead technical and commercial presentations to customers at Engineering, Operations, and Executive levels
  • Coordinate closely with the Bronco technical team and internal Bid teams
  • Act as the primary Bronco commercial interface for customers across MENA
  • Represent and promote HMH and the Bronco portfolio at fairs, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Bid, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal teams
  • Ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery capability
  • Support contract handover, risk alignment, and execution readiness
  • Provide structured input into regional and portfolio strategy discussions
Accountable for
  • Delivery of Bronco order intake targets across the MENA region
  • Accuracy and integrity of Salesforce CRM and pipeline forecasts
  • Market penetration and expansion of the Bronco portfolio
  • Quality and robustness of business cases submitted to management
  • Compliance with HMH commercial governance and pricing discipline
  • Customer satisfaction and long‑term account development
  • Complete all work in compliance with company and customer’s policies and procedures for HSSE
  • Be guided by HMH Visions and Values in all activities
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience within the oil and gas industry. Proven experience in upstream oil and gas sales within the Middle East and North Africa. Strong experience with drilling equipment systems, well control equipment, and upstream technologies. Demonstrated experience working directly with drilling contractors, rig operators, traders, and shipyards. Mandatory experience in consumables and expendables business within oil and gas operations. Strong understanding of land and offshore drilling operations. Proven ability to independently develop markets and deliver commercial results.
