Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager is located in Sharjah. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving sales strategy, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, managing a sales team, developing and executing client proposals, and analyzing market trends to capitalize on growth opportunities. The role involves collaborating across teams to ensure optimal client satisfaction and business development.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales Management, including the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets
  • Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to develop long-term partnerships
  • Expertise in market analysis, identifying business opportunities, and creating effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management software
  • Understanding of the interior design and fit-out industry is highly advantageous
