Job summary

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Export Sales Specialist to drive growth in our sanitary ware and related product lines. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring alignment with the company’s revenue targets. The Sales Professional will play a key role in expanding market presence and contributing to the company’s overall growth agenda.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
  • Monitor sales performance by analyzing data, forecasting trends, and preparing reports for senior management
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients and partners
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
  • Collaborate across departments, working with marketing, product, and operations teams to align campaigns, meet customer needs, and improve products, pricing, and sales processes
  • Manage budgets and targets, monitor expenses, and adjust strategies to ensure profitability
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on market trends and customer preferences
What We Are Looking For
