Job Brief: Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Outdoor Senior Sales Executive with in-depth knowledge of the kitchen industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing sales, developing market strategies, and driving revenue growth, specifically within the kitchen solutions sector (modular kitchens, cabinetry, countertops, and appliances).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the kitchen industry.
  • Maintain and leverage existing strong relationships with clients, contractors, and designers.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and team objectives.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the kitchen or interior design industry within the Abu Dhabi market, preferably with a German kitchen cabinet brand.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen products, materials, and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience managing a team of subordinates.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferable), and familiarity with other kitchen-related software.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi retail market, including local medium-sized projects.
  • Strong relations with international kitchen representatives.
  • Proven track record in sales of retail/projects.
  • Team management experience.
  • Established network with interior designers, consultants, architects, and contractors in Abu Dhabi.
  • Arabic speaker is required.
