Position Overview

Position Overview: This role is ideal for highly motivated professionals with at least 7 years of experience selling digital payment solutions, such as merchant acquiring, card issuing, e-commerce gateways, and POS terminals to businesses across a wide range of sectors (retail, F&B, healthcare, travel, e-commerce, and more). This is a target-driven, base salary + commission role for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new merchant clients and drive adoption of our payment solutions (POS, online payment gateways, card issuing services, etc.).
  • Identify merchant pain points (e.g. reconciliation, fraud, cost of acceptance) and design tailored solutions using our product suite.
  • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers (e.g., Product, Finance & Operations) across enterprise and SME clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing models, and product demos.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline in CRM with accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to grow share of wallet.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting digital payments and merchant services.
  • Participate in conferences, networking events, and product roadshows to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align on go-to-market strategies and customer feedback.
Experience & Industry Knowledge
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales within fintech, payments, or banking.
  • Direct experience in selling: Merchant Acquiring / Card Acceptance (POS + eComm) Payment Gateways / Tokenization / QR or Contactless Payments Card Issuing / BIN Sponsorship / Virtual Cards eWallets.
  • Familiarity with the full transaction lifecycle: onboarding, KYC, settlement, IMD, interchange, and chargebacks.
  • Existing network of merchant and PSP relationships is a strong plus.
  • Experience in UAE market is a MUST.
  • A Car is a MUST.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and close deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Language Requirements
  • Fluent English (mandatory) – both written and verbal.
