We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth for our furniture manufacturing operations in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the UAE furniture and fit‑out market, proven experience in project‑based sales, and the ability to build long‑term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.

The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring successful project closures from enquiry to handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Generate new business through consultants, architects, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
  • Manage B2B and project sales related to custom furniture, joinery works, and factory‑manufactured products.
  • Prepare quotations in coordination with Estimation / QS and Production teams.
  • Follow up on leads, tenders until closure.
  • Conduct client presentations, factory visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies in the UAE market.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for timely delivery.
  • Attend site meetings and client discussions when required.
  • Ensure proper documentation including contracts, approvals, and payment terms.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Support marketing initiatives and exhibitions when required.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, joinery, or interior fit‑out sales in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong network with consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Good understanding of BOQs and project cycles.
  • Valid UAE driving license mandatory.
