Job Brief:
We are hiring an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth for industrial cooling systems and industrial cleaning equipment in the Saudi Arabian market. The role is focused on developing key accounts, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets in a competitive, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have strong KSA market exposure, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage key clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business for industrial cooling systems and industrial cleaning equipment in the Eastern Province (Dammam and surrounding areas).
  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, industrial clients, distributors, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial negotiations with customers.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements within Saudi Arabia.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, technical support, and after-sales service.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6+ years of proven sales experience in Saudi Arabia within industrial products.
  • Strong exposure to industrial cooling equipment and industrial cleaning machines.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market, including customer behavior and key accounts.
  • Arabic speaker with fluency in English.
  • Solid computer and reporting skills.
  • Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Mechanical Engineering is an advantage.
